[redacted] is a rapidly growing charter company in need of hiring a strong leader as a chief pilot with experience in a floating fleet. We are looking for an energetic individual who is driven, organized, and determined to achieve success to help us build a world class culture for our pilot group. [redacted] aims to provide the best quality of life for our pilots and provide the ultimate customer experience for our clients. The company began in 2019 with only 2 aircraft. In the past 12 months, [redacted] has added 5 jets with 5 more to be added by year end for a total of 12 aircraft. Our plans are to double the fleet in 2022! Our fleet includes a CJ, CJ2s, XL, Lear 60s, King Air 350, with an Encore, Citation X, Hawker 400XP, and Hawker 800XP in the coming months. We are based in Raleigh, North Carolina. NO RELOCATION REQUIRED Duties/responsibilities: · Oversee all pilots · Ensuring all local and F.A.A. regulations are followed · Ensuring safety protocols · Monitor day-to-day logistics · Scheduling · Coordinating training schedules · Strong organizational skills · Ability to work effectively as a team · Strong organizational skills · Ability to think analytically, critically, and systemically · Proficient knowledge of weight and balance, airspeeds, aircraft limitations, and aircraft performance · PIC Type rating in at least one aircraft Candidates: · ATP MEL · Be a US Citizen or have a resident alien card with the right to work in the US · Current First Class Medical · Must have a minimum of 3000 total hours
