We are hiring King Air 350i Captains for various locations throughout the U.S. Description Our Captain’s compensation package includes a salary of $80,000 per year and tax-exempt per diem of $59/day domestic and $65/day international. We offer a match of 50% on the first 6% of your 401K contribution as well as provide company-paid premiums for medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family. All pilots currently accrue eight (8) days of vacation per year for a total period of 20 days which includes regularly scheduled days off. Upon completion of IOE, the rotation schedule is eight (8) days on, six (6) days off. All Captains receive PIC training including an initial PIC type rating or recurrent training for those already typed. All new hires must sign a one-time 12-month prorated promissory note for the cost of training.
