What is on offer for the Chief Flight Instructure
Competitive salary $95,000- $140,000 + Depending on experience

Responsibilities of the Chief Flight Instructor:
Conduct Part 141 flight training for Private Pilots, Instrument Rating, Commercial Pilots, and CFI candidates
Develop and deliver engaging ground instruction sessions
Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and school policies
Maintain accurate training records and student progress reports
Foster a positive and motivating learning environment for students
Collaborate with the operations team to support efficient scheduling and maintenance planning
Qualifications for the Chief Flight Instructor:
FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) certificate required; CFII and MEI strongly preferred
Experience with flying Fix Wing and or Tail Wheel
Meet the minimum requirements for instruction under Part 141
Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and training standards
A minimum of one year’s experience in ground and flight
Legal authorization to work in the United States
