We're recruiting! Challenger 605/650 Lead Captain.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate for a Lead Captain on a Challenger 650 based in London Luton. Strong leadership and management experience will be essential along with a superior knowledge of the Bombardier product. The candidate will be expected to promote the highest level of safety and compliance whilst delivering a first-class service to clients and colleagues alike.

Minimum requirements:
• Valid UK ATPL and Class 1 medical
• Valid and current Challenger type rating
• 4,000 hours total time and 1,000 hours pilot in command jet time
• Long range flight experience
• Strong commercial awareness
• Must be within 3 hours from Luton
• Extensive Challenger experience
• Maintain high levels of safety and service
• Proved track record of leading a successful daily operation
• Proven experience of leading and managing a team of professional air crew
