Why [redacted]: The opportunity to make a difference by contributing to the ongoing success of a high growth company in an exciting industry We are a high-performance, customer-driven, and people-focused culture We’re highly committed to ongoing improvement and achieving excellence in processes and ways of working through collaboration, employee engagement, and teamwork You will learn, grow, and develop your skills and career with opportunities to move into new, expanded roles Competitive total compensation including 100% company-paid extended health and dental benefits RRSP/DPSP matching program, which can serve as an important part of your future and retirement security What you will do: Act as the First Officer on the Learjet 45 aircraft in Toronto Work with Captain to ensure flights are conducted in a safe manner Support daily operation activities on available reserve days Liaise with [redacted]’s Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to ensure all operational and service requirements are delivered Foster an environment of collaboration and encourage an atmosphere where co-workers can share ideas, improvements and solutions Provide direct customer service to clients contributing to their exceptional client experience Perform monthly training courses and other duties as required What you bring: Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with IATRA Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR Valid Transport Canada Medical Canadian Radio Telephone License Minimum of 1000 hours total flight time Minimum 250 hours PIC in a multi-engine aircraft (turbine time preferred) A University degree or College diploma in Aviation preferred Ability to lift up to 60 Ibs Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, weight and balance Expert knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices A positive mindset with the strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively build relationships across the organization Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional client service, organization and prioritization skills Ability to work a flexible schedule to support clients’ needs All vacancies are posted internally to contribute to a fair and equitable process; all qualified employees are invited to apply through the internal ADP HR Portal.
