Opportunity exists for upgrade to captain within 18 months with the ability to be logging PIC turbine time within months. Our co-pilots are mentored by our captains on a continual basis to prepare for captain upgrade. Our IOE program and Captain\'s Board each provide continual mentoring and feedback loops to our co-pilots to ensure they have a successful upgrade..
