Responsibilities Develop and deliver world-class Cabin Crew training programs Monitor and evaluate the performance of Cabin Crew members Provide feedback to Cabin Crew members to enhance their skills and performance Ensure that all Cabin Crew members comply with regulatory requirements and safety standards Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and standard operating procedures Conduct assessments and provide retraining to improve performance Provide support to the Cabin Crew team during flight operations Requirements At least one year of experience as a Cabin Crew Instructor or Cabin Crew member In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards Train the trainer certification required, aviation security train the trainer preferable Currently operating on A320 (or within the last one year) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and coaching skills Ability to work under pressure and multitask Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as required Willingness to relocate to Maldives
