We are conducting a confidential executive search on behalf of a growing European airline for a Head of Cabin Crew. This is a pivotal leadership role overseeing a large cabin crew team, with a strong focus on team development, operational excellence, being a team player, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and service.
This is a Monday to Friday position with low-frequency flying duties (approx. 20% of the role), offering a rare opportunity to combine strategic leadership with occasional in-flight presence.

Key Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 4β5 years as Senior Cabin Crew, or
2β3 years as Head of Cabin Crew or Deputy Head
Legal:
Must hold a valid EU passport
Must possess a European Cabin Crew Attestation
Background:
Solid foundation in commercial airline operations
Experience in private aviation is a plus, but not essential
