Execute safe, efficient, and timely flights for private VIP operations.
Ensure passenger and crew safety, comfort, and service excellence.
Oversee aircraft readiness and coordinate with operations and maintenance teams.
Conduct thorough flight planning, performance calculations, and recordkeeping.
Maintain required financial, operational, and flight documentation.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing flight crew environment.
Remain rested, fit for duty, and prepared for variable schedules.
Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.
Maintain strict client confidentiality and adhere to legal standards.
Requirements:
U.S. passport or legal authorization to work in the United States.
Valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
Ability to obtain and maintain FAA First Class Medical Certification.
Minimum of 4,000 total flight hours.
Experience operating large-cabin Gulfstream aircraft.
Current or previous GIV type rating preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Ability to work a flexible schedule with a 2-hour call-out availability.
Clean flight record with no accidents, incidents, or violations.
Eligibility for CANPASS authorization for travel to and from Canada.
