That‘s why we are searching for devoted people sharing the aviation dream as: Crew Controller / Junior Dispatcher (50/50) YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Short- and mid-term crew planning, considering optimum crew levels, qualifications and cost efficiency • Ensure company and regulatory requirements are satisfied • Care for crew travel arrangements • Organise Line Checks in cooperation with other departments • Arrange and track freelance crew members where required • Administrative tasks as required • Flight planning and coordination of corporate flights • Arrangement of Ground Handling, fuel and permissions • Internal and external coordination REQUIREMENTS: • Qualification for university entrance or secondary school certificate with completed professional education • Aviation knowledge, experience in Crew Control and/or Flight Dispatch of advantage • Very good IT user skills • Excellent organization skills and assertiveness • Problem solving skills and the ability to use initiative • Excellent reading and writing skills in English language, further languages of advantage • Team-orientation, flexibility and ability to work under stress • Willingness to work on weekends and bank holidays (no night shifts) • Permanent EU work and residence permit Minimum annual gross salary starting from 28.000€ (plus bonus).
