SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft and the safety of all passengers on-board from take-off to landing;
Any other duties as assigned in accordance with the Company Operations Manual.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Valid Canadian ATPL ;
3000 hours total flying time;
1000 hours jet time;
2000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC);
Valid Class 1 Medical;
Previous Jet experience;
Hands-on experience with advanced avionics/glass cockpit/FMS experience
Excellent organizational and communication skills;
A university degree, or diploma in aviation or other technical college program would be an asset;
Valid passport and the ability to travel unrestricted and obtain visas worldwide;
Must be able to lift 60 lbs;
Must be willing to perform other non-flying duties including, but not limited to: light aircraft grooming away from base, stocking of aircraft commissary, updating EFBs and other manuals as required, completing all company required on-line training in a timely manner;
Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, with occasional trips in excess of 2 weeks away from base;
Customer service-oriented;
Ability to work under pressure;
Proven ability to confidentially handle sensitive information;
Strong communication skills;
Ability to problem solve effectively in time sensitive situations;
Proven record of exercising good judgement.
