We are seeking an experienced and dependable Captain/PIC to join our team and support executive travel. In this role, you will serve as Pilot in Command (PIC), taking full ownership of the safety, operation, and overall success of each flight while ensuring compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations.
This position goes beyond flyingāyouāll be a trusted partner to our passengers, delivering a smooth, safe, and comfortable travel experience with a high level of professionalism and discretion. Youāll be responsible for all aspects of flight operations, from detailed pre-flight planning and weather evaluation to in-flight decision-making and post-flight coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Ā· Operate aircraft safely and in compliance with all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and company policies ā Hawker 900XP
Ā· Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections, risk assessments, and flight planning
Ā· Ensure accurate navigation and communication with air traffic control
Ā· Monitor weather conditions and adjust flight plans as necessary
Ā· Maintain detailed flight logs and records
Ā· Coordinate aircraft maintenance and ensure airworthiness standards are met
Ā· Provide a high level of customer service to passengers, ensuring comfort and safety
Ā· Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding passengers and travel details
Ā· Manage fuel requirements, weight and balance calculations, and flight performance
Ā· Stay current on required certifications, training, and medical requirements
Ā· Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor
Qualifications:
Ā· Valid Private Pilot License (PPL) or Commercial Pilot License (CPL) (preferred)
Ā· Current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Medical Certificate (Class I or II preferred)
Ā· Minimum Flight Experience Requirements:
o Total Flight Time: 3,000 hours
o Pilot in Command (PIC): 1,500 hours
o Multi-Engine Time: 1,000 hours
o Turbine Time: 1,000 hours
o Jet PIC Time: 500 hours
Ā· Instrument Rating required; Multi-Engine Rating required
Ā· Strong knowledge of aviation safety standards and regulations
Ā· Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
Ā· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ā· Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Experience:
Ā· Previous experience flying corporate, charter, or private aircraft
Ā· Familiarity with specific aircraft type (e.g., turboprop, light jet)
Ā· Experience with high-profile or executive clientele
