We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-focused Pilatus PC-12 Captain to join our Part 135 air charter team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional airmanship, professionalism, and commitment to delivering a superior customer experience while operating in a dynamic, on-demand flight environment. Key Responsibilities • Safely operate the Pilatus PC-12 aircraft in compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, and Part 135 requirements • Conduct thorough pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight procedures, including aircraft inspections and documentation • Ensure flight planning, weather analysis, fuel requirements, and risk assessments are completed accurately • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring a comfortable and professional experience • Maintain effective communication with dispatch, maintenance personnel, and company leadership • Ensure aircraft cleanliness, readiness, and proper stocking for each flight • Complete all required reports, logs, and documentation in a timely and accurate manner • Participate in ongoing training, proficiency checks, and safety programs • Exercise sound judgment and decision-making in all phases of flight operations Minimum Qualifications • FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Instrument Rating • Current FAA First Medical Certificate • Minimum total flight time: 2,000 hours • Significant PC-12 experience (250+hrs) • Valid U.S. driver’s license and passport • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check Preferred Qualifications • FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate • Previous Part 135 or corporate aviation experience Work Schedule • On-demand schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays • 14 days on, 7 days off schedule OR 10 days on, 5 day off schedule Compensation & Benefits • Competitive salary based on experience ranging from $80k-$110k for Captain • Per diem for day and overnight trips • Health insurance • Ongoing training and career development opportunities
