[redacted] Tokyo is seeking Freelance or Full time A320 Full Flight Simulator Instructors to join their training department. Successful candidates will be passionate about teaching and excel in communicating their aviation knowledge and experience. With training facilities in over 30 countries, our instructors must be able to adapt their style to suit our diverse client base. Job Summary Responsible for the delivery of training in a flight simulator, in accordance with the appropriate regulatory (JCAB) and customer requirements. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Provides simulator instruction on A320 for the issue of licenses, type rating and certificates Responsible for conducting pre- and post-flight simulator briefings in a thorough, professional manner and in accordance with [redacted] standards Other required administrative duties (completes training records, recommends remedial training when necessary, track his/her own instructional qualifications, etc.) Acts as a SME in creation of curricula and courseware when required Educational Background Minimum level of education required 2-year college diploma or university four-year Bachelor degree (preferred) Job-Related Experience Minimum level of job-related experience 5 to 8 years Knowledge & Application Hold or has held a professional pilots’ license with an A320 type rating qualification Has flown more than 1,500 hours as a pilot in charge (PIC) Has an experience as an instructor of Full Flight Simulator (FFS) Competent trainer and facilitator Reads and writes Japanese (mandatory) and English (helpful) This is an exciting opportunity to work in a challenging and fast paced environment.
