Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and conduct flight operations in compliance with FAA regulations
Develop and manage pilot schedules, ensuring a two-pilot flight crew on every mission
Oversee aircraft maintenance programs and work closely with maintenance providers to guarantee airworthiness
Implement and monitor safety management systems, conduct regular safety briefings and training
Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance feedback to all pilots
Typical Schedule
2–3 flight days per week, scheduled in advance to align with operational needs
On-call availability for urgent mission requirements or schedule adjustments
Qualifications
FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate
Demonstrated leadership and crew-resource management skills
Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, safety management systems, and maintenance oversight
Exceptional communication and decision-making abilities under pressure
