We are currently recruiting Flight Attendants for our upcoming training class in St. John’s, NL. As a Flight Attendant your primary responsibilities will be to ensure the in-flight safety and customer service requirements of all passengers on-board in accordance with Transport Canada and Air Operator’s standards. You will greet passengers, conduct & enforce safety procedures, serve food and beverages to passengers and make in-flight announcements. Qualifications: The ability & confidence to fluently speak publicly in both French and English; The ability to provide excellent customer service; with a minimum of two years’ experience Safety minded & committed to following rules & regulations as set out by industry & [redacted] Solution-oriented Completion of Inflight Institute CT201 Certificate Course Online (or equivalent Flight Attendant training/knowledge as assessed by [redacted]) prior to commencing employment; The ability to work both independently and in a team environment is a must; Exceptional interpersonal, communication, time management and customer service skills; Reliability & flexibility while scheduled for irregular working hours. Availability for a 24/7, 365 day a year operation.
