Description
Seeking professional, flexible, dynamic and motivated aviator for a Part 91 flight department that operates a Hawker 400XP. We need great communicators coupled with enthusiasm and a passion to deliver the best possible flight experience from beginning to end.
The Chief Pilot must possess excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills combined with a deep understanding of the General Operations Manual, FAA regulations, operations specifications, and flight manuals.
This is a 3 pilot operation flying FAA Part 91.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily management and performance monitoring for all crew members.
Sets and maintains operational and technical standards and procedures for the aircraft.
Defines necessary directives for flight crew members and monitors performance
Promotes corporate culture for safety through training and promotion activities

Minimum Requirements:
Airline Transport Certificate
First Class Medical
US Passport
No Accidents/incidents/enforcement actions
Total flight time: 5000 hours
Multi Engine Land (MEL): 3000 hours
Pilot in Command: 2000 hours
PIC in Type: 500 hours
Instrument: 300 hours
Jet: 500 hours
Preference given to candidates with a Hawker 400XP type rating.
Must Live within a 1 hours\' drive of the Leesburg Executive Airport
