In the role of Flight Attendant, you will be entrusted with delivering a personalized travel experience while maintaining an uncompromising commitment to safety. Each flight must reflect our team’s unwavering commitment to excellence, resulting in a seamless, productive travel experience that anticipates and exceeds the expectations of our clients.
Expectations:
Currently living or be willing to relocate to within one hour of the Kansas City metro area.
Perform all duties in a safe and ethical manner in accordance with the [Company] Sourcebook.
Remain highly flexible in order to support on-call, and after-hours flight operations, as required.
Stay well-informed of, and adhere to all flight department guidance, policies, and procedures.
Maintain readiness to assist in or independently direct an emergency toward a safe outcome.
Work directly with the PIC, SIC and the entire flight team on trip planning and execution details.
Coordinate with flight attendant team and executive assistants on specific service needs and requests.
Investigate the suitability FBOs and surrounding areas for the sourcing of needed cabin supplies.
Create and distribute trip menus in advance for passengers and crew, as required.
Plan, order, shop, prepare and serve meals and beverages.
Ensure galley, cabin, and lavatory is fully stocked.
Prepare and maintain a safe cabin, brief, and prepare bedding, as required.
Conduct VIP cabin service, to include cabin setup, meal preparation, delivery, and cabin cleanup.
Participate in pre and post flight briefings with assigned pilots as a crew.
Communicate any and all safety and operational concerns to crew and leadership, as required.
Assist in projects to include cabin experience design, maintain passenger preference and allergy lists, and other team projects, as required.
Participate in and contribute to flight department projects as assigned by the Director of Aviation and Lead Flight Attendant.
Work in accordance with organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding company and client assets, to include digital assets, and take appropriate action to both prevent and report any compromises of safety and security within scope of position. Perform other responsibilities as assigned, such as participation in department design, organizational, and growth projects and in-person team meetings and trainings. Assist pilots, maintenance, and other support personnel as required.
Qualifications
High school diploma
At least 3 years’ work experience in a business aviation sector, or other relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous formal experience as a business aviation flight attendant.
Previous formal and specialized training as a business aviation flight attendant
Formal culinary training or equivalent work experience.
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent and relevant work experience.
At least one year experience with formal company aviation operations manuals and safety programs
Experience with web-based productivity and communication tools, and document design and control.
Experience with mobile device applications and paperless operations
