[Company] is seeking an FAA Captain (B350) to join a diversified aviation group conducting charter flight operations in Papua New Guinea.
The successful candidate will be in charge on the overall safe and efficient operation of the company's King Air 350i fleet, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, company policies, and standard operating procedures while supporting flight operations across Papua New Guinea.
This position is offered on either a 12 weeks on/6 weeks off or 3 weeks on/3 weeks off rotation. Company-provided accommodation, flights, and ground transportation are included while based in Papua New Guinea.
Job Responsibilities
Act as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) of the Beechcraft King Air 350, ensuring the safe and efficient conduct of all flight operations.
Exercise final authority and responsibility for the safety of passengers, crew, cargo, and aircraft during all phases of flight.
Conduct comprehensive flight planning, including weather assessment, fuel planning, weight and balance calculations, and route analysis.
Ensure compliance with all applicable aviation regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
Complete all flight records, reports, and operational documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Mentor and support First Officers, contributing to their professional development and operational proficiency.
Job Requirements
FAA ATPL
King Air 350 type rating
Previous experience operating in remote, regional, or challenging environments is highly desirable.
Ability to adapt to rotational schedules and remote-base living conditions.
