Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) is seeking an experienced pilot for our Co- Pilot position to provide safe travel and exemplary customer service for SEL employees. Co-Pilot Responsibilities: Maintaining current certificates and ratings applicable to the performance of duties. Assisting the captain in the management of all flights. Operating the aircraft in accordance with current regulations, operator procedures, aircraft limitations, and at the direction of the captain. Growing themselves through education, training, experience, and initiative towards the goal of promotion to captain, or performing the job description of captain on another aircraft type, if so designated. Seeking opportunities to assist with departmental operations or process improvements. Providing active participation in the Safety Management System. Assume any responsibilities delegated by the aviation department manager, chief pilot, and/or assistant chief pilots. Understand. Create. Simplify. Other duties as assigned.
