Permanent full time opportunity based at Perth Airport
Join us in the critical role of Flight Attendant Manager, where you will lead a team of approximately 80 Flight Attendants and Cabin Supervisors in premium service and cabin safety. Specifically, your role will be to manage and drive team performance, support individual capability development, and monitor engagement as well as appropriately respond to disciplinary issues. You will also facilitate open communication and develop an engaged workforce who achieves Network Aviation’s business goals and objectives and complies with all regulatory requirements.
You’ll have:
Demonstrated experience managing large teams in an operational environment
Proven ability to lead, motivate, develop and influence teams
Exceptional communication, facilitation, presentation and diplomacy skills
Experience working within an industrialised workplace environment
Commitment to recognising and valuing team success
Ability to be a strategic thinker and build effective teams and engagement
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, time critical environment
High level of emotional intelligence and personal integrity
Exceptional communications skills with the ability to influence at all levels
Ability to work an on-call roster at least once a month
