Description

Looking to add a pilot - We operate a small fleet of Embraer 145 aircraft out of the Charlotte, NC area. We’re a small, tight knit flight department with a great schedule. The normal schedule averages 8-10 days a month. We typically know our schedule 2 to 3 months in advance and rarely have changes. No pop-ups. Busy season is December - February. The rest of the year is pretty easy. All major holidays off. We prefer someone already holding a E145 type but personality and character is extremely important to us.
