[redacted] is currently recruiting for a Charter Sales Manager on behalf of one of their global leading aviation clients based in Gatwick. The role will be reporting directly to the Commercial Manager and will be responsible for the Junior Commercial Executive. The successful candidate must have the following requirements: •People Management experience •A background in cargo charter within the airline industry •Good self-motivated team player Purpose of the role: •To proactively identify, target and secure charter business opportunities •To build strong and productive relationships with new and existing clients to ensure business objectives are achieved •To generate and manage a portfolio of clients and actively develop new business through initiative including following up on new leads, client recommendations and networking opportunities.
