As a Part 121 Flight Attendant with [Company], you will be the face of our brand in the cabin, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers while upholding all FAA regulations and company procedures. This role requires a balance of safety expertise, customer service excellence, and the ability to thrive in dynamic, sometimes challenging environments.
Ensure compliance with 14 CFR Part 121 safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct preflight safety checks and briefings.
Demonstrate and enforce safety procedures, including the use of emergency equipment.
Provide exceptional inflight service, including food and beverage distribution.
Respond calmly and effectively to inflight emergencies or medical situations.
Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors and those requiring mobility assistance.
Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times.
Must be at least 21 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Flight Attendant Certificate of Demonstrated Proficiency from the FAA.
Minimum height and reach requirements to access safety equipment.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and extended overnights.
Strong communication skills and ability to remain composed under pressure.
Must be able to pass a 10year background check and preemployment drug screening.
Previous customer service or aviation experience.
CPR/First Aid certification.
Multilingual abilities, especially in languages common to Argentum’s route network.
