Challenger 300 Chief Pilot position: Current opportunity is in the southeastern United States. A CL300 rating is a plus, however, not mandatory. Some duties and responsibilities include: * Responsible for the flight operations and company aircraft; along with the flight crew. * Recommend policies and procedures to ensure safe and efficient aircraft operations. * Develop and monitor appropriate currency of flight operations manual and associated cockpit checklists; ensure compliance with all department standards. * Prepare budgets and expenses for the department. Knowledge and skills: * Minimum of 5,000 hours flight time. 3,000 hours multi engine, 2,000 hours as PIC. * Business jet experience preferred. * No accidents or incidents. * Mid to heavy aircraft experience, Bombardier products a plus. * Proven managerial experience with strong and pleasant communication skills with the ability to relate to all levels of management.
