Seeking highly skilled and customer-focused Gulfstream V (G-V) pilots responsible for the safe, efficient, and regulatory compliant operation of the G-V aircraft, ensuring full compliance with all 14 CFR regulations and company policies and procedures.
Well-qualified candidates will serve as the Pilot in Command (PIC) for both two-pilot and augmented crew operations while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of flight safety and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a G-V Pilot in Command (PIC) in accordance with 14 CFR Part 135 regulations.
Ensure all flight operations are conducted in full compliance with FAA regulations, Company Manuals, and internal procedures, while maintaining an excellent customer service experience for our clients.
Interact with clients to ensure a safe, comfortable, and professional flight experience.
Perform flight planning, dispatch coordination, aircraft cleaning, stocking, and oversee the loading/unloading of baggage and equipment, always prioritizing client satisfaction.
In coordination with aircraft maintenance personnel, maintain the G-V in optimal operational condition, ensuring safe, efficient, and smooth flight operations.
Complete successful pre-employment drug screening and criminal background checks.
Maintain reliable, regular, and predictable attendance.
Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and codes of conduct.
Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
FAA Multi-Engine Land Rating
FAA First Class Medical Certificate
G-V PIC Type Rating (Required) (Current/Recurrent Eligible)
4,000 Hours Total Flight Time
1,500 PIC Hours
250 G-V PIC Time in Type (500 Preferred)
Valid US Driver's License
Valid US Passport
Must have attended G-V full motion sim training within the previous 24 months
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing superior customer service.
Ability to support the company’s mission and deliver exceptional service to clients.
Must have Oceanic crossing experience within the past 12 months.
Must not have any ineligible TSA criminal offenses.
Must reside within 2 Hours of (KPHF) Newport News, VA
Work Schedule:
10 days on / 10 days off rotating schedule, providing a healthy balance between work and personal time. Flexible based on European flying; will require mix of pilot planning and a handler for more complex trips
