Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pilot to join our aviation team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Federal Aviation Regulations and demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills. As a Pilot, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers while operating Pilatus PC-12NG aircraft. Your ability to communicate effectively, analyze flight data, and provide excellent customer service will be essential in delivering a positive flying experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate aircraft in compliance with all federal aviation regulations and company policies.

• Conduct pre-flight inspections to ensure the aircraft is in optimal condition for flight.

• Communicate with air traffic control and other crew members to ensure safe navigation and operation during flights.

• Analyze weather conditions, flight paths, and potential hazards to make informed decisions during flights.

• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, addressing any concerns or needs throughout the journey.

• Maintain accurate flight logs and reports as required by regulatory agencies.

• Supervise and lead co-pilots and crew members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

• Remain adaptable to changing schedules, routes, and operational demands.

Experience

• A valid pilot's license and current medical with appropriate ratings for the aircraft being operated is preferred. Willing to send to training as well.

• Prior experience as a pilot in private aviation is preferred.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise crew members effectively.

• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse passenger groups.

• Proven track record of excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities.

• Experience in customer service roles is advantageous for addressing passenger needs effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $116,428.00 - $124,670.00 per year
