Penn Florida Companies is looking to hire an experienced pilot to join our team as a Challenger 300 Second in Command in the Boca Raton, Florida area. The SIC assists in preparing and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft in accordance with all FAA regulations and company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Ensure safe and efficient flight operations while complying with all mandatory regulations Maintain a high degree of crew coordination, performing duties in a professional, efficient, and cordial manner Adhere to the duties and responsibilities stated in all company procedures manuals Greet passengers and assist with seating and luggage storage Maintaining a high level of customer service and professional image Conduct passenger briefings and respond to passenger requests and needs Perform other duties as assigned Requirements SIC Minimum requirements: 2500 hours Total Time 500 hours Pilot in Command 150 hours Actual Instrument 500 hours Multi-Engine CL30 Type rating FAA ATP Certificate Clean FAA record Current 1st Class Medical Working knowledge of all Federal Aviation Regulations Thorough knowledge of FAA, ICAO, & other international flight operations regulations Strong organizational skills & advanced multi-tasking abilities Strong interpersonal, verbal/written and presentation skills Technology savvy Must possess a passionate attention to detail and the ability to work in a team atmosphere
