[Company], Inc. is seeking a Pilot-Captain to join our Aviation team. The ideal candidate will act as pilot in command of assigned aircraft to safely transport passengers to scheduled destinations. They will assist passengers with various needs as they apply to a scheduled flight and complete collateral duties and special aviation projects as assigned. Employees in this role must demonstrate leadership, professionalism, teamwork, and flexibility. A minimum of five years flying with no accidents, incidents or FAA violations is highly desired. Employees in this role report to the Aviation Manager and Chief Pilot.
Act as pilot in command (PIC) of assigned aircraft
Preferred - minimum flight time requirement: 3,000 hours (1,500FW multi-engine turbine/1,500RW turbine). Military flight time commensurate with experience.
Fixed wing ATP (Required) and Helicopter Commercial/Instrument ratings (Preferred).
Proactive decision-making skills
DA-2EASY or EMB 550 Type-rated candidate (Preferred)
Strong customer service skills
Remote Worker – Not Applicable: This position requires residing within driving distance to KPBI and is not eligible for remote work.
Employees in this job will act as pilot in command to safely transport passengers to scheduled destinations and assist passengers as needed.
Acts as pilot in command of assigned aircraft
Complies with schedules and other directives governing aircraft operation
Performs pre- and post-flight inspections
Selects safe and efficient flight routes and reviews weather, aircraft weight and balance, fuel on board, and performance information
Performs collateral duties related to the general activities of the Aviation Department and special projects as assigned
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
High School Grad / GED
Experience: 5+ years
Maintain FAA First Class Medical Certificate
FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
Valid US passport
Bachelor’s Degree
FAA Commercial Instrument Helicopter License
