In this vital role, you will assist the pilot-in-command in operating the aircraft safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Duties

• Support the pilot-in-command during all phases of flight, including pre-flight planning, taxi, takeoff, cruise, approach, and landing

• Assist with navigation, communication, and aircraft systems management in accordance with ICAO standards and FAR regulations

• Maintain clear and effective communication with air traffic control in multiple languages, including Mandarin and English

• Ensure compliance with FAR Part 91 regulations

• Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections and verify aircraft readiness for safe operation

• Manage flight documentation, logs, and reports accurately following aviation safety protocols

• Support team management efforts by collaborating effectively and contributing to a positive safety culture

Skills

• Strong knowledge of ICAO regulations, SARPs (Standards and Recommended Practices), IFR procedures, and multi-engine aircraft piloting

• Deep understanding of FAR Part 91 regulations

• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing or working within a team environment in high-pressure situations

• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with crew members, passengers, ground staff, and air traffic controllers

• Proven ability to command aircraft confidently while maintaining safety as the top priority

• Background in military aviation or business jet piloting is advantageous but not mandatory

• Familiarity with ICAO standards and recommended practices (SARPs) for international flight safety compliance

• Ability to operate under instrument flight rules (IFR) in diverse weather conditions

• 500 Multi-engine

• 2nd Class FAA Medical
