Full Time Director-of-Maintenance needed at San Antonio International Airport for Part 135 operation. We have 5 owned aircraft: 4 Beechjet 400/A/XP, 1 Hawker 800XP and 1 Citation 650 VII. Monday-Friday work week. Previous DOM experience is required.
We only work on our aircraft. We do not do outside maintenance to the public. Hours will vary depending on workload and aircraft maintenance down times. 2 weeks paid vacation after start of full time employment, Health, Vision, Dental insurance. Company match 4% 401(K), paid holidays.
Mechanics will work closely with the DOM and the rest of team to ensure our aircraft are fit for flight and meet their maintenance needs. Previous DOM/Part 135 and turbojet experience required.
Job Requirements:
Mechanic with A&P License. I/A preferred.

Able to adapt to change very quickly in a fast paced work environment.
Previous Part 135 and/or turbine mechanic experience requested.
