Full-Time HS-125 Captain – Organ Procurement Operations
Base Locations: KMSN (Madison, WI)
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HS-125 Captain to join our team in a full-time Part 135 operation. The primary mission of this role is the safe and efficient transport of surgeon teams for organ procurement operations. This is a dynamic, on-call position that requires a commitment to critical life-saving missions, often flying during late-night and early-morning hours.
Schedule & Compensation Options:
Base-Based Structure:
10 days off per month
Annual salary range: $125,000 – $185,000
This position can also be home based under certain circumstances.
Typical mission launch time is within 2 hours of call-out, with 95% of flights returning to the home base.

3,000+ hours total time
1,000+ hours PIC
HS-125 type rating - Current type rating
