About the Role:
As an Inflight Instructor, you will design and deliver FAA-compliant inflight training that keeps our Crew safe, confident, and service-focused. Youâll create and teach Initial, Recurrent, and Requalification programs (classroom and hands-on), keep courseware and manuals current (FATP, FAM, SMS, digital modules, exams, SharePoint), conduct observations and improvements, and partner with training leadership on scheduling and logistics. You will need to maintain your [Company] Flight Attendant qualifications and promote a positive safety culture that supports open communication and culture principles.
A Day in the Life:
Assist in the design and delivery of an inflight training program that meets FAA regulations and company standards, including Initial New Hire, Recurrent, and Requalification training.
Facilitate engaging classroom and hands-on instruction in safety procedures, emergency preparedness, service protocols, and inflight operations, adapting methods to various learning styles and group dynamics.
Maintain subject matter expertise in company manuals, FAA regulations, Safety Management Systems (SMS), and all materials and manuals relevant to inflight operations.
Coordinate with the Manager of Inflight Training and the Senior Inflight Instructor on logistics for training classes, including scheduling, facility management, and materials preparation.
Maintain proficiency on all training content across all formats: courseware, digital learning modules, exams, interactive activities, and SharePoint to support effective learning and compliance.
Perform training observations, support class enhancements, and recommend updates to FATP, FAM, and procedures as needed.
Promote a positive safety culture by encouraging open communication and supporting Just Culture principles.
Maintain qualification as a [Company] Flight Attendant and fly as necessary.

Required Experience:
In compliance with federal aviation security requirements, candidates must be U.S. citizens or U.S. nationals.
2+ years of Flight Attendant experience
Knowledge of Word or Google Apps software
Ability to maintain currency and qualifications as a [Company] Flight Attendant
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience managing or training Flight Attendants.
Skill, Licenses, & Certifications:
A current and valid Driverâs license is required.
A current and valid Passport is required.
Minimum age of 21
Must be between 5â0â and 5â8â without shoes, due to the size of our aircraft.
Able to sit comfortably in the assigned jumpseat without an extension or modification.
No visible tattoos or body piercings.
Pay & Perks:
Compensation is $55,000 annually. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation.
