[Company] is seeking an Aircraft Captain to join our Aviation team, starting in January, 2026, located in Philadelphia, PA (not commutable). You will be responsible for the pilot in command duties to include the operation, safety and security of company aircraft, passengers, and crew members. What you'll be doing
• Reporting to the Chief Pilot
• Connecting Lincoln’s employees to clients and customers in support of company strategy, mission, and vision
• Performs and ensures all flight responsibilities are compliant with the content of company flight operations manuals, safety management system, training documents, standard operating procedures and the provisions of civil aviation regulations and standards
• Engage with peers and crews to share knowledge and experiences
• Identify and direct the implementation of process improvements that significantly improve quality across the team
What we’re looking for
• 5 – 7+ Years of business aviation or equivalent work experience
• At least 3000 hours of total flight time with 1000 hours of jet experience preferred
• Valid ATP Certificate
• Hold a valid and current US Passport
• No FAA sanctions or Accidents
• Must be local to Philadelphia International Airport; this is not a commutable position
• Ability to work with others in a team environment
• Safety oriented with strong focus on risk identification and mitigation
• Demonstrates strong relationship management skills.
• Confident, comfortable communicator with strong customer service & communication skills who can gain collaboration among senior & executive management, colleagues, and peers.

The pay range for this position is $150,000 - $225,000 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
