You will develop and execute the strategy for the engagement and client satisfaction of our aircraft owners through direct correspondence with each owner as well as through consistent communications and coordination with the maintenance, marketing, accounting, operations, and sales departments. This person should use acquired knowledge of each owner to personalize the service and to anticipate, meet, and exceed Owner needs. Your goal is to successfully communicate to aircraft owners how the Company drives charter revenues, minimizes aircraft expenses, and maximizes aircraft utilization.

Responsibilities As An Aircraft Management Advisor
Serve as a trusted advisor to each owner by educating them on various aspects of aircraft operations.
Gather and apply knowledge of individual aircraft owner financial goals and needs.
Distribute monthly management reports and address any questions surrounding aircraft owners about revenues and expenses.
Work with departments within the organization on the review and resolution of monthly management report and related issues or errors.
Construct and maintain performance analysis reports to track and manage key performance indicators.
Assist with aircraft crew evaluation and assignments, maintenance decisions, and efficient scheduling.
Assist the executive team to evaluate the financial performance of each aircraft.
Contribute to Aircraft Account Management team projects and initiatives that aim to improve the service experience for each aircraft owner
Required Experience
Great communication skills both written and verbal as this role will be interacting with Owners and Owner Reps on a regular basis
Experience with software tools such as Microsoft Office and Salesforce
Needs to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Part 91/135 aviation experience preferred
