We’re excited to bring on qualified SIC pilots to join our Metro team. This role plays a critical part in our cargo operation and is best suited for individuals who are dependable, adaptable, and take pride in being part of a hardworking, safety-focused team. You’ll gain valuable real-world experience in a fast-paced, on-demand environment with a strong operational focus.
This position requires physical stamina and the ability to respond to an on-demand schedule, including frequent overnight callouts, weekends, and holidays.

JOB DUTIES:
Must have professional communications skills for complex internal and external aircraft communications
Assist with loading and unloading freight
Operate aircraft in accordance with all applicable regulations and program/company policies and procedures
Emphasize flight crew members safety and exemplary customer service
Must note and communicate aircraft deficiencies for maintenance review and correction
Perform flights during day, night, and weather conditions
Ability to perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Commercial Pilot License with multi-engine land and instrument rating
Current Instrument Proficiency Check
English Proficient (ICAO LEVEL 4)
Must be at least 18 years of age
FAA Medical: First Class
FCC Radiotelephone Operator Permit
Current Passport (passport cards are not accepted)
Eligibility to work in the United States
Must be able to lift up to 125 lbs., climb ladders, and maneuver around aircraft
Successful completion of pre-employment DOT drug screening and other required background checks
Ability to obtain an airport SIDA badge
Willingness and ability to relocate to assigned base and travel extensively
Ability to work various shifts, overtime, and/or after-hour call outs
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
800 hours TT
250 hours PIC
75 hours ME
40 hours Turbine
Part 135 experience, familiarity with company aircraft, and/or previous cargo experience highly preferable.
iPad required when reporting for duty.
Must relocate to El Paso Texas base.
