Welcome to ENG Aviation! Our mission is to traverse the skies in a manner that earns trust, provides comfort, and delivers safely. We’re redefining private aviation through three core pillars: People, Planes, and Technology.

People: We are dedicated to attracting, developing, and retaining a talented team of aviation professionals who share our passion for delivering exceptional service. By fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment, we empower our team to exceed our customers’ expectations with passion and purpose.

Planes: We are committed to operating a well-maintained fleet that offers comfort, safety, and efficiency. Our maintenance and safety programs ensure our customers travel with peace of mind on every leg.

Technology: We use modern tools to run a tighter operation and a better customer experience, from trip planning and flight following to data-driven scheduling and communication.

Together, these three pillars guide how we serve our customers and how we’re building the future of ENG Aviation.

The ENG Aviation Pilot

ENG Aviation is an on-demand Part 135 charter operator with bases at Dallas Love Field (DAL) and Houston Hobby (HOU). Our pilots fly a wide range of missions: executive and leisure charter, time-sensitive cargo, and medical flights, including organ transport for transplant centers across Texas. No two weeks look the same.

Our customers choose private aviation for flexibility, reliability, and a polished experience, and our pilots deliver all three. We’re looking for pilots who take pride in a smooth, on-time trip, who treat every passenger like a repeat customer, and who can handle short-notice changes without compromising standards. Revenue never outranks safety, and we hire people who believe that.
