Responsible for ensuring all non-aircraft specific training meets FAA regulations and Company policies.
This job is a member of the PIlot Training Team within the Flight Division.

Manages course development and delivery, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and Company policies
Evaluates curriculum, course materials, and instructor performance
Initiates changes to curriculum/course materials, as necessary
Manages implementation of changes to curriculum/course materials
Coaches instructors as necessary
Maintains proficiency in delivering all phases of ground school training
Ensures availability of training resources (course materials, classroom requirements, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
4 years related job experience, with 2 of those years teaching in a flight operations department or military equivalency
Prior experience working with flight crews or military equivalent
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Prior supervisory/management experience
FAR 121 airline flight operations experience
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Knowledge of Part 121 FARs
Ability to instruct, motivate, and develop employees
Excellent supervisory and leadership abilities
Professional presentation skills
Ability to multi-task
