You will join a close-knit, six-pilot team operating two modern aircraft with approximately 300β400 flight hours annually. Based within approximately two hours of Miami, the role provides the flexibility of a home-based schedule while maintaining the standards, professionalism, and service expected of a premier corporate flight department. Responsibilities
β Safely and professionally serve as Pilot-in-Command of the Challenger 350/3500
β Conduct domestic and international flight operations
β Perform all duties in accordance with FAA regulations, company policies, and industry best practices
β Complete flight planning, weather analysis, aircraft inspections, and all required preflight and postflight responsibilities
β Coordinate effectively with fellow crewmembers, maintenance personnel, scheduling, and company passengers
β Maintain accurate flight records and required operating documentation
β Provide a high level of professionalism, discretion, flexibility, and passenger service
β Assist with other flight-department responsibilities as needed
Required Qualifications
β FAA Airline Transport Pilot certificate
β Challenger 300/350 type rating
β Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate
β Minimum total flight time: 3,000 hours
β Minimum flight time in type: 500 hours
β Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restriction
β Ability to reside within approximately two hours of Miami
β Strong communication, decision-making, and crew-resource-management skills
β Professional employment and safety record
Preferred Qualifications
β Previous Challenger 350/3500 operating experience
β International and oceanic operating experience
β Part 91 corporate aviation experience
β Strong understanding of high-level passenger service and discretion
