[Company]is currently searching for a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) to lead a flight department at the KSJC airport. The ideal candidate will need to be a team player while seeking excellence in every aspect of their performance.
Essential Responsibilities/Duties
- Supervises assigned personnel to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manages maintenance and training coordination.
- Develops scheduling procedures with clients.
- Participates in hiring and training processes.
- Approves expense accounts and manages operational issues.
- Ensures the quality of service and maintains communication with personnel.
Qualifications
- Total Time: 3000 hours, PIC: 1500 hours, MEL: 1500 hours, MEL PIC: 500 hours, Turbo Jet: 500 hours, Instrument: 250 hours.
- NBAA CAM certification preferred.
- First-class medical required.
- Experience in multiple facets of training for flight operations personnel.
