[Company] is seeking an organized, safety-focused Flight Dispatcher to support our Part 135 charter and Part 91 flight operations. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, manages changing priorities calmly, and understands the fast-paced demands of private aviation.

Responsibilities

·       Plan, coordinate, and monitor Part 135 and Part 91 flights.

·       Review weather, NOTAMs, airport conditions, aircraft performance, and operational requirements.

·       Coordinate aircraft, crews, passengers, fuel and FBO services.

·       Prepare and maintain flight releases, trip sheets, and operational records.

·       Monitor active flights and respond promptly to delays, diversions, maintenance issues, and schedule changes.

·       Verify crew qualifications, duty-time limitations, aircraft availability, and trip legality.

·       Communicate professionally with pilots, scheduling, maintenance personnel, and company leadership.

·       Maintain accurate records in accordance with company procedures and applicable FAA regulations.

·       Support nights, weekends, holidays, and after-hours operations as scheduled.

Qualifications

·       Previous Part 135 and/or Part 91 dispatch or flight-operations experience required.

·       Knowledge of FAA regulations, weather, NOTAMs, flight planning, and crew duty requirements.

·       Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

·       Ability to manage multiple trips and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

·       Experience with flight-planning and scheduling software preferred.

·       FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate required.

·       Dependable and available to work a flexible schedule.

Remote Work

This position is based in Midland, Texas. Remote work may be considered for a highly qualified candidate with relevant Part 135 or Part 91 experience, a dependable home-office setup, and the ability to remain responsive throughout assigned shifts.

Compensation will be based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, certifications, and work arrangement.
