Role Description The Part 91 Corporate Captain is responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of company aircraft on all assigned flights. This full-time, on-site role is based in Atlanta, GA, and includes pre-flight planning, performance and weight-and-balance calculations, weather and NOTAM review, and coordination with dispatch, maintenance, and ground services. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising and mentoring other flight crew and ensuring elite passenger service. Flight crews are expected to be available full time. Flights are scheduled both in advance (weeks out) and short-notice (within 24hrs). Captains are expected to maintain the highest professionalism at all times, and represent the company and it's clients positively with passengers, vendors, and airport personnel.
Qualifications
Required certificate: Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate, prior type ratings, and strong Part 91 corporate or business aviation background.
Total time - 3500 minimum
Jet PIC - 1000 minimum
G100 or CE-525 typed preferred
Current first-class medical certificate and a valid passport
Robust technical and aircraft systems knowledge, including advanced avionics, FMS operations, performance calculations, and familiarity with standard operating procedures and checklists.
Strong safety, compliance, and risk management mindset, with demonstrated adherence to FAA regulations, company policies, safety management systems (SMS), and industry best practices.
Excellent communication, crew resource management (CRM), and interpersonal skills to work effectively with passengers, flight crew, maintenance, and company leadership.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service orientation when interacting with executives and guests.
Ability to work a schedule with great flexibility including shifting assignments, variable hours, and overnight.
