[Company] is seeking a Ministry Pilot to join our Mission Aviation Services team in Entebbe, Uganda. In regions where roads are often impassable or non-existent, mission aviation is essential to delivering relief, supporting ministry, and reaching remote communities. As a fixed-wing Ministry Pilot, you'll provide safe, reliable air transportation for [Company] programs across East Africa, operating multiple aircraft types as needed to support changing ministry priorities. A day in the life of a Ministry Pilot:

In the role of a Ministry Pilot, you will have the opportunity to:
Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him.
Safely conduct flight operations, including flight planning, weather analysis, aircraft weight and balance calculations, and loading passengers, baggage, and cargo.
Perform thorough pre-flight and post-flight inspections to ensure aircraft safety, airworthiness, and mission readiness.
Maintain aircraft cleanliness and appearance, including cabin and restroom sanitation, and keep aircraft charts and software current.
Assist with hangar, property, and aircraft maintenance activities, and coordinate with the FAA as assigned.
All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or two (2) to four (4) years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 2,500 total flight hours, including 500 hours in turboprop and/or turbojet aircraft.
FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate (Airplane Single-Engine Land, Multi-Engine Land, and Instrument Rating) required.
FAA First-Class Medical Certificate required.
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate preferred.
12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, opportunity to meet and complete requirement is available upon hire.
