Flight Attendants - Singapore
[Company] is currently seeking a suitably qualified Flight Attendant to join our operations based in Singapore. The position is to maintain safety, operational and service standards as set out by [Company] operations manuals, policies and procedures, delivering a 5-star service to all passengers and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the pilots in the safe and efficient conduct of the flight.
- Ensure safety standards are maintained in the passenger cabin, galley and all other relevant areas on-board of the aircraft at all times.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of the passengers in accordance with [Company] policies and procedures.
- Execute and coordinate all cabin safety and emergency procedures specified in the operations manual, keeping the flight deck crew informed of any irregularities and malfunctions.
- Ensure all pre-flight, inflight and post flight duties are completed in a timely manner.
- Responsible for the cleaning and maintaining high presentation standards of the aircraft cabin, galley and bathrooms.
- Deliver silver service catering for all flights in accordance with approved catering policies and passenger requirements.
- Complete all required operational documentation in line with company procedures.
- Responsible for maintaining aircraft and passenger equipment and socks.
- Responsible for ensuring validity of key personal documentation including passport(s), visas, license, medical, crew ID and vaccinations.
- Complete any other tasks as assigned by the Pilot in Command or as requested by the passengers and guests.
Key Selection Criteria
- 5-7 years' demonstrated experience as a Flight Attendant in commercial First/Business Class.
- Previous corporate aviation experience preferred.
- Outstanding interpersonal and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service excellence.
- Demonstrated knowledge of VIP etiquette and protocol.
- Exceptional grooming and professional presentation in line with [Company] standards.
- Strong collaboration skills – excellent team player also capable of working well independently.
- Adaptable and willing to work flexible, long working hours including lengthy periods away from home.
- Strong problem solving and capable of working well under pressure.
- Proactive and safety focused.
- IT skills including Microsoft office.
