As part of our future projects, MJet is pleased to announce the opening of applications for non-type rated copilots who possess a background in ground or flight operations. We are specifically seeking individuals with experience as ground staff, managers, or postholders within a Commercial Air Transport Carrier (either airline or business aviation).
If you have previously worked for example as a flight operations engineer, manual designer, safety officer, dispatcher, EFB Manager, or postholder, and are interested in contributing to our operations while fulfilling your flying duties, we encourage you to apply through the link provided below.
Selected candidates will receive an initial type rating for a midsize jet. Following a period of training and integration, your ground competencies will be effectively utilized in conjunction with your flying responsibilities.
Compensation: Your salary will be commensurate with your experience, both on the ground and in the air.
Eligibility Criteria: To ensure a suitable fit for our team, only candidates meeting the following criteria may apply:
Relevant experience in ground operations within a CAT operator
Valid EASA CPL or ATPL
Frozen ATPL
MCC certificate
Advanced UPRT certification
