Part 135 Chief Pilot (Remote) — [Company]
[Company] is seeking an experienced Part 135 Chief Pilot to lead our expanding fleet of 6–10 business aircraft. This is a remote position with periodic travel and includes flying duties on a rotation as PIC in a GIV or Hawker 400XP.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as Chief Pilot
Lead and mentor a team of professional pilots across a remote operation.
Ensure regulatory compliance, standardization, and operational excellence.
Conduct line checks, pilot evaluations, and participate in training oversight.
Fly scheduled PIC rotations in the GIV or Hawker 400XP.
Work closely with Operations and Safety to uphold SMS and high safety standards.
Requirements
ATP and meets all Chief Pilot qualifications.
3+ years PIC experience under Part 135 or 121.
Ability to qualify in the GIV or Hawker 400XP (type rating preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
