Charter Trip Manager
The Charter Trip Manager will support and report to [Company]s Senior High-Volume sales
associate. Managing the cycle of a booking from the time of contract execution and through the
completion of the flight.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Accurately Inputting all pertinent passenger data. Must have attention to detail and be
able to spot a single digit error in passport numbers
Ensuring fuel orders are secured and provided to crew members as needed
Notifying FBO’s of arrival and needs
Flight following: Monitoring active flights, coordinating with brokers and FBOs, and
providing real-time updates to clients regarding tail numbers and crew
Verify usability departure/arrival airports
Sending trip sheets
Coordinate with broker for all details of the trip
Input pax info into Jet Insight
Input catering info into Jet Insight
Setup Fuel Release for all leg of the trip
Secure PPR’s as needed
Coordinate with FBO as needed to assist crew
Alert crew of newly booked trips or schedule changes
Check schedule fitment and crew duty limitations around your trip
Add pilot notes to trip sheet for all of the above
We are looking for someone who has a “now-not-later” mentality, who is eager to get the job
done accurately and efficiently in order to support business growth.
Proficiency in JetInsight is preferred
Pay and Benefits
Salary: 60-70k a year

company, you do not have to contribute any of your pay unless you want to.

Must live on the West Coast
