Aviation Flight Operations | Crew Logistics Coordinator for a rapidly growing Part 135 charter operation. We are looking for a team-oriented, safety-focused, energetic individual with a team-player mentality. The ideal candidate will have some aviation-related experience. We are looking for candidates who are driven, organized, and possess strong communication skills.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Coordinate charter flights following FAR 135 requirements for domestic and international charter operations.
Provide aircraft and air crew-related support during charter operations. Coordinate with the Pilot-in-Command to determine the suitability of weather, airfield, and traffic conditions. Jointly responsible for the safe operation of each flight.
Secure civil landing and commercial over-flight clearances for all domestic and international flight operations. Arrange diplomatic over-flight and landing clearances for charter flights, as required.
Arrange aircraft ground handling and fuel on-load/services and coordinate cargo on-load/off-load at departure, en route, and recovery locations. Coordinate customs and immigration at en-route destinations. File required General Declaration paperwork.
Review NOTAMs, weather and all conditions affecting the route of flight. Prepare Aircraft Flight Releases considering the weather, required fuel loads, cargo/passenger payloads, aircraft airworthiness, and routing strategy.
Participate in shift turnover and convey critical information and/or changes that may impact flight operations.
Manage crew schedules, ensuring alignment with operational needs and regulatory requirements.
Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation for flight crew.
Serve as point of contact for crew members regarding scheduling or logistical issues.
Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and operations teams to address schedule changes or disruptions.
Provide on-call support for after-hours operational needs.
Qualifications:
Experience in an aviation-related position/role is preferred.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Computer proficiency required; please list aviation-related software used.
Stable/reliable internet/wifi solution at home is required for this remote position. A computer will be provided.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Ability to work at least one weekend day and a variety of day/night shifts is required.

Full-time; schedule is 4 days on / 3 days off; working at least one weekend day
Annual Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 DOE
