We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-focused Citation M2 Captain to join our Part 135 air charter team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional airmanship, professionalism, and commitment to delivering a superior customer experience while operating in a dynamic, on-demand flight environment.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate the Citation M2 aircraft in compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, and Part 135 requirements
Conduct thorough pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight procedures, including aircraft inspections and documentation
Ensure flight planning, weather analysis, fuel requirements, and risk assessments are completed accurately
Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring a comfortable and professional experience
Maintain effective communication with dispatch, maintenance personnel, and company leadership
Ensure aircraft cleanliness, readiness, and proper stocking for each flight
Complete all required reports, logs, and documentation in a timely and accurate manner
Participate in ongoing training, proficiency checks, and safety programs
Exercise sound judgment and decision-making in all phases of flight operations
Minimum Qualifications
FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
Current FAA First Medical Certificate
Minimum total flight time: 2,500 hours
Citation 525S Type Rating or Significant recent similar experience in The M2 (250+hrs)
Valid U.S. driver’s license and passport
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
Previous Part 135 or corporate aviation experience preferredWork Schedule
On-demand schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
14 days on, 7 days off schedule OR 10 days on, 5 day off schedule
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary based on experience ranging from $100k-$130k for Captain
