The Fleet Maintenance Manager is responsible for maintenance coordination and daily needs of aircraft operation for aircrafts within the EJM Maintenance Program (aircraft without technicians or Charter program). The position will have responsibility and oversight over the maintenance needs of the fully managed aircraft, will ensure aircraft are maintained to the safest & highest standards, will work closely within the Fleet Maintenance office and other various company teams.
• Work with various EJM departments to ensure efficient onboarding process onto the EJM program.
• Work with the EJM Charter Fulfillment Team to ensure effective and efficient aircraft maintenance management to ensure aircraft availability during peak travel periods.
• Travel to and communicate with OEM & MRO maintenance providers to ensure efficient and effective maintenance visits while ensuring safety and controlling costs.
• Coordinate with maintenance providers to stay ahead of the maintenance requirements of the fleet on items such as scheduled inspections, Routine pre/post flights, database updates, servicing items, MEL’s etc.
• Act as point of contact for Flight Crew’s, Owner Services, Owner Experience and other Regional teams to communicate aircraft status, maintenance plans, unscheduled maintenance coordination, etc.
• Manage spare parts inventories, core returns, warranty claim / service plan coverages, etc.
• Ensure aircraft records are maintained per company standards and best industry practices

• Strong knowledge of FAA requirements for maintaining aircraft operating under FAR Part 91 and 135.
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite & various maintenance tracking programs.
• Demonstrate business acumen with a drive for ensuring a safe & efficient program.
• Ability to perform light hands-on aircraft maintenance as required.
• Ability to travel up to 40%
